Jim is an Independent Non-executive Director of HSBC Innovation Bank Limited, Shieldpay and Engine AI.

Jim has 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. During his career he held a range of roles at Citigroup, culminating in serving as CEO of Citigroup EMEA. Since leaving Citigroup in 2019, Jim has developed his passion for the innovation economy, serving on the boards of several early-stage companies across tech and financial services.

Jim graduated from Denison University with a BA in Economics, before going on to complete an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
