Hanita is the Head of Human Resources for HSBC Innovation Banking UK. Hanita has over 18 years of HR experience within the finance sector including leading change and transformation and executing people strategies across global matrixed organisations and high-growth environments.

Prior to joining HSBC Innovation Banking UK, Hanita spent 12.5 years at Barclays, during which time she led a number of large-scale, complex HR change programs. Hanita holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from City University (London).
