As General Counsel and Company Secretary for the UK, Anushka is responsible for HSBC Innovation Banking's legal function and provides company secretarial support to the UK Board.

Prior to her role at HSBC Innovation Banking, Anushka spent 10 years at the law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, advising banks and other financial services institutions on a range of regulatory issues and completing a secondment to the General Counsel’s Division of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Anushka holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
