Requesting historic SVB UK statements

Clients can request historic SVB UK statements by emailing and providing the following information:

  1. The name of the client
  2. The statement period(s)
  3. The related SVB UK account number(s)
  4. The name of an Online User that we can send statements to

We will only send statements to an active Online User recorded in HSBCnet and we will only use the email address recorded in HSBCnet for security.

Statements will be delivered to the client using DocuSign. Clients will receive a DocuSign email with a document link and will need to pass SMS text message authentication before they are given access to view and download the statements.
