Supporting your needs

At HSBC Innovation Banking, we understand the importance of supporting the needs of all our clients.

Please talk to us if you:

  • are experiencing health concerns as a result of severe or long term illness;
  • need help after experiencing a major life event (for example, the loss of a loved one);
  • need help managing your facilities and money;
  • have a disability, or a physical or mental health condition; or
  • need support with anything else.

Accessing Information

To help make our content inclusive and accessible to everybody, we offer documents in Braille, large-print and audio, as well as reader-compatible online banking screens, so you can continue managing your account in a way that works for you.

If you would like to receive any communications or other materials in an alternative format, please ask your Relationship Management Team or Client Service to arrange this for you.
